How to add an image to Documents or Downloads Module in DotNetNuke

When you want to publish a download sometimes is necessary to add an image to help people to understand what are they downloading. Unfortunately the documents module doesn't have an image field, but it has description field, so if you need to include an image that represents your download just add the html tag img whit its respective attributes instead of the description of the document and that's it you will see an image as description of your download. Take into account that Description field is visible for visitors.
